My Story: From Passion to Profession

Humble Beginnings

I began selling cupcakes in high school which sparked my interest in baking. After graduating, I enrolled into a baking course. This gave birth to my bakery; Boss Cupcakes.

Waking up at the crack of dawn to fulfill cake orders had become the routine for me. I kept in touch with my university friends, and they bought cupcakes daily.

With the help of my friends and family, an infusion of social media marketing, and sleepless nights perfecting recipes, the business grew from a home bakery to a nationwide bakery brand.

I was fortunate to find a job in an Oman bakery. Speak about fate. I recall literally crying of joy as the airplane took off.

I hope my story inspires you.

After nearly three years abroad, I chose to expand my knowledge. By God’s grace, I was accepted into the best hospitality school in Kenya: Boma International Hospitality College to study for a Diploma in Culinary Arts.

My culinary school experience has been transformative. It taught me the power of perseverance and the beauty of pursuing your passion. Every mentor played a crucial role in this journey, and their endless support and guidance were the backbone of my development.

Equipped with culinary arts knowledge andf lessons learned from the chefs and my peers, I stepped confidently into the culinary world, ready to make my mark, create with purpose, and, most importantly, continue learning in this ever-evolving field.

The journey has only just begun, and the sky is no longer the limit!

Culinary School

From the humble beginnings of selling cupcakes, I found my passion for baking. Each cupcake sold didn't just bring in revenue; it was a stepping stone towards a bigger dream.

My passion for culinary arts pushed me to strive for excellence, leading me to the vibrant culinary scene of Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. It is here where flavors meet culture, and I am not just living my dream but inspiring others to chase theirs, showing that no matter where you start, your journey can take you to incredible places.
